There are many places on our website where you can select your vehicle to add it to your vehicle collection. We’ll then show you a compilation of all the products that are generally compatible with your vehicle.

Select the categories “Make,” “Model,” and, if necessary, “Type/Model Year” as specifically as possible, if the selection requires it.

EXAMPLES: For a Pössl panel van from the 2WIN model series starting in 2014, for example, the correct selection is: Brand = Pössl, Model = 2WIN, and Model Year = 2014 or later. In this case, you’ll be presented with two generations to choose from. For a VW T6 California, the correct selections are: Brand = VW, Model = T6 (not T6.1!), and Type = California.

We list a wide variety of brands and models in detail, and within the product page, you’ll see exactly which seat elements we offer covers for.

Even if something doesn’t work out during the vehicle selection process, our Fit Check guarantees that we’ll notice it before production begins and can coordinate with you. After you place your order, the Fit Check will direct you to a questionnaire about your vehicle’s seats. Your answers will let us know exactly which cut we need to use during production and whether there are any further questions. We won’t start production until then!

Please send us your request along with your vehicle model, make, and a few photos of your seats. We’ll then look into it for you.

If we don’t actually have your seats in our product range, you still have the option to purchase our fabric by the meter and work with an upholstery shop or sewing shop in your area to find the best solution. Many of our customers have already told us about the great results their local upholstery shops have achieved.

As a general rule, it all comes down to personal taste. Still, based on our experience, we can offer a few tips.

For example, patterns are significantly more durable than solid colors, and even a simple dark blue isn’t necessarily as durable as the Toucan pattern. Water stains show up most quickly on plain gray tones, while a chocolate stain on the Oriental Flamingo pattern takes some searching to find. If you’re very concerned about stain resistance and don’t want to wash the covers quite as often, we advise against choosing covers with very light-colored trim.

When choosing colors, you should consider who will be riding along, what kinds of stains might occur, and how much wear and tear the seat covers will be subjected to.

Above all, though, you should consider what you personally like best and what puts you in a good mood the moment you get in!

The magic word is FIT CHECK.

Only if you complete the fit check required for your vehicle after placing your order can we begin custom production of your seat covers and guarantee a “fit like a second skin.”

After you place your order, the check will direct you to a questionnaire about your vehicle’s seats. Your answers will tell us exactly which pattern to use during production, because even two identical vehicles can have different seats installed! We’ve physically handled every seat and bench we offer and know all their specifications.

TIP: You can also complete the fit check before your vehicle arrives. However, you’ll need some information—and ideally, photos from your manufacturer or dealer—to complete the check. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

All the key features of your seats will remain intact.

For example, in areas where the seats have airbags, we sew in airbag-compatible stitching. Thanks to the fit check, we know exactly which seats you have.

The knobs for adjusting the armrests, ISOFIX, seat belts—everything remains accessible, and the seats and benches can be adjusted and folded down just as before.

The seat covers are, of course, compatible with heated seats.

Unfortunately, not all seats are the same, even if the make, model, and year are identical. Often, the seats differ only in small details, but these details can affect the fit of your seat covers.

A good example is the VW T5 driver’s seat—we have more than 30 different patterns for it in our system. If you want to be on the safe side, feel free to send us an email with your order number and a few photos of the seats in your new vehicle, and we’ll check for compatibility in case you switch vehicles.

IMPORTANT: The product images on this page are only examples to give you a general idea of what the covers look like. It’s important that you’ve selected the correct vehicle. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via LiveChat.

Since there are so many different seat shapes and details—such as belts, cutouts, etc.—it’s simply impossible for us to always tailor the cover preview exactly to your vehicle. So it’s possible that your seat might have an additional lever, or that the headrest might look slightly different than in the image, and so on. But don’t worry!

After you place your order, you’ll automatically receive a questionnaire about your vehicle. We’ll use it to ask you for all the seat details, guide you through the questions with pictures, and ensure that we select exactly the right pattern so that everything fits 100% in the end. Only once this fit check is complete will the seat covers be custom-made for you!

We use a 100% durable synthetic fiber sourced from the automotive industry.

The unique fabric composition—featuring a durable surface, a 3-mm-thick foam layer, and an anti-slip backing—is exceptionally breathable and comfortably soft. Our material is flame-retardant, has a lightfastness rating of 7 out of 8, and withstands 42,000 abrasion cycles. It is machine-washable at 30 °C on the gentle cycle.

The fabric is:

• very sturdy & tear-resistant, particularly suitable for dogs
• machine washable
• comfortably padded
• breathable

All of our seat covers are made from this same material, which is perfectly suited for seat covers; there is no choice between different materials.

Absolutely! Our seat covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle at 30 °C. Be sure to follow the care instructions at the top of the product page and included in the package.

Our seat covers aren't waterproof, but they are slightly water-repellent. In a quick test, we found that it takes a good 30 seconds for the fabric to absorb moisture if you happen to spill some coffee or beer.

If you’re a dog or pet owner, you’ve come to the right place. Our seat covers are perfectly suited to withstand the wear and tear caused by hair, paws, dirt, and claws—they’re tear-resistant and extremely durable.

Plus, if they get really dirty, the seat covers can be easily machine-washed, and you can also give them a quick wipe with a damp cloth every now and then.

The current lead time for seat covers is approximately 8 weeks.

Our seat covers (and some other products) are custom-made specifically according to your design preferences and vehicle dimensions. The fabric is printed just for you, and that takes time.

That’s why we have almost no items in stock in our shop. To ensure that you end up with seat covers that fit like a second skin, we need a little time. We hope you understand.

All DriveDressy seat covers include a backrest cover and a seat cushion cover for the selected seat components.

If the selected seat (e.g., driver’s seat) has a headrest, the cover for it is always included as well.

Armrest covers are also always included (as shown in the product image), provided that your selected seat has armrests.

The backrest covers for the front seats (driver’s and passenger’s seats) always include a large, integrated, sewn-in pocket on the back (not a magnetic pocket).

Each set always includes covers for the first and second rows of seats, as you can select from the dropdown menu and see in the product image. We offer 5-seater sets for some vehicles and 4-seater sets for many others (e.g., panel vans with a 2-seat rear bench).

AS A GENERAL RULE: The set includes what is shown in the product image.

Our seat covers are delivered right to your home, where you can—and will need to—install them yourself.
