1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, that acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process. By clicking the “Order” button, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order immediately after submitting it.
The point at which the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have selected: If you pay by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or any other payment method offered in the store, the contract is concluded upon successful completion of the payment.
3. Subject to Technical Feasibility
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the actual technical feasibility of the order.
Upon receipt of the order, we conduct a fit check, during which we verify the general technical feasibility as well as the availability of the patterns required for production for the respective vehicle model.
If this check reveals that production—either in its entirety or with regard to individual components, particularly individual seat benches—is not technically feasible, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.
We will notify the customer of such a withdrawal immediately in writing. We will promptly refund any payments already made to the extent that the withdrawal is declared.
Claims for damages by the customer due to unavailability or impracticability are excluded, unless we are found to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
4. Special Provisions for Seat Covers (Custom-Made)
Fit Check as Part of the Contract
Seat covers are custom-made individually based on your vehicle specifications. After purchase, you are required to complete the fit check in full. This includes answering all questions regarding the vehicle model and—depending on the vehicle model and questionnaire—submitting the required photos in accordance with the instructions in the fit check process. Production will not begin until we have received the fully completed fit check and verified its feasibility.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Since seat covers are custom-made products, there is no right of withdrawal once production has begun, in accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB). By submitting the fully completed fit check and upon our verification of feasibility, you expressly agree that production may begin and that the right of withdrawal expires upon the start of production.
For all other products (e.g., magnetic bags, thermal mats, mosquito nets, pillowcases, mattresses, mattress covers, laundry bags), the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the withdrawal policy.
5. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order details as well as our Terms and Conditions in writing. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
6. Shipping Terms
In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs may apply. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you during the ordering process before you submit your binding order.
If products with different delivery times are ordered within a single order, the longest specified delivery time applies to the entire order.
Failed Delivery and Reshipment
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if it is returned despite a delivery attempt and a correct address because it was not accepted, the customer shall bear the costs for reshipment. The same applies if the package is lost due to incorrect information. In such cases, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
7. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available in our store:
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Klarna (Instant Purchase)
The purchase price is due upon completion of the order process. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies. Information on any additional warranties that may apply and their exact terms can be found on the respective product page and on the information pages in the online store.
9. Fit Guarantee for Seat Covers
We guarantee that the seat covers we custom-manufacture following a feasibility check in the Fit Check will be made to fit perfectly for the vehicle model specified in the Fit Check. If the delivered seat covers do not fit despite a successful feasibility check and a properly conducted Fit Check, we will refund the full purchase price under the following conditions.
Scope of Application
The Fit Guarantee applies exclusively to seat covers. Other product categories are expressly excluded.
Requirements
The Fit Guarantee requires that the customer has completed the Fit Check fully, truthfully, and on time. This includes providing complete answers to all questions regarding the vehicle model and submitting the required photos in accordance with the instructions in the ordering process. An incomplete, incorrect, or late Fit Check excludes the Fit Guarantee.
Procedure for Fit Issues
Complaints regarding fit must be submitted immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods, in writing (e.g., via email) to info@DriveDressy.com, specifying the exact problem and including photographic documentation.
Upon receipt of a valid fit complaint, we are entitled to make up to two free alterations. DriveDressy GmbH will cover the shipping costs for returns and redelivery in connection with each repair attempt. Only if a fit issue attributable to an error on our part persists after two repair attempts is the customer entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Relationship to Statutory Warranty Rights
This fit guarantee applies in addition to the statutory warranty rights and does not limit them.
10. Data Protection
Information regarding the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with the ordering process can be found in our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission discontinued the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform as of July 20, 2025. Online dispute resolution via this platform is therefore no longer possible. A list of national consumer arbitration bodies is available at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us directly at info@DriveDressy.com.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
Should any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
