1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

 

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with DriveDressy GmbH.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit the order.

When the contract with us comes into effect depends on the payment method you choose:

When paying by credit card or other accepted payment method DriveDressy Shopify online shop the contract is concluded with a successful payment transaction.

Note on the right of withdrawal:
Since our seat covers are made to measure individually for you, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB. When you submit your measurements (i.e. send the fit check) and start production, the right of withdrawal expires, as the goods are manufactured specifically according to your specifications. This means that an order for seat covers cannot be canceled once the fit check has been completed. For details see Cancellation policy.

 

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

 

4. Terms of delivery

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs that may apply in the offers. If products with different delivery times are ordered within an order, the longest delivery time specified applies to the entire order.

Failed delivery and re-shipment

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer or is returned to us despite a delivery attempt and the correct address because it was not accepted, the customer will bear the costs for re-shipping. The same applies if the package is lost due to incorrect information. There will be no refund of the original shipping costs in such cases. The customer is obliged to provide the correct address details before re-shipping and to cover the shipping costs incurred.

 

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

 

7. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability law for defects applies. Information about any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform that youherefind. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
