1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business operator is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, that acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email immediately after you submit the order.
The point at which the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have chosen: If you pay by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or any other payment method offered in the store, the contract is concluded once the payment has been successfully processed.
3. Special Features of Seat Covers (Custom-Made)
Fit check as part of the contract
Seat covers are custom-made based on the specifications you provide for your vehicle. After purchase, you are required to complete the fit check in full. This involves answering all questions about your vehicle model and—depending on the vehicle model and questionnaire—submitting the required photos in accordance with the instructions in the fit check process. Production will not begin until we have received the fully completed fit check.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Since seat covers are custom-made products, there is no right of withdrawal once production has begun, in accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB). By submitting the fully completed fit check, you expressly agree that production may begin and that your right of withdrawal expires once production begins.
For all other products (e.g., magnetic bags, thermal mats, mosquito nets, pillowcases, mattresses, mattress covers, laundry bags), the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the cancellation policy.
4. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
The language available for entering into the contract is German. We will save the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in writing. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
5. Terms of Delivery
In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs may apply. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process before you submit your binding order.
If an order includes products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time listed applies to the entire order.
Failed delivery and reshipment
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if it is returned despite an attempt at delivery and a correct address because it was not accepted, the customer is responsible for the costs of reshipping. The same applies if the package is lost due to incorrect information. In such cases, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. Terms of Payment
The following payment methods are available in our store:
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Klarna (Instant Purchase)
The purchase price is due upon completion of the ordering process. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Information regarding any additional warranties that may apply, as well as their specific terms and conditions, can be found on the respective product page and on the information pages in the online store.
8. Fit Guarantee for Car Seat Covers
We guarantee that our custom-made seat covers are manufactured to fit perfectly for the vehicle model specified in the fit check. If the delivered seat covers do not fit despite a properly completed fit check, we will refund the full purchase price under the following conditions.
Scope
The fit guarantee applies exclusively to seat covers. Other product categories are expressly excluded.
Requirements
The Fit Guarantee is contingent upon the customer completing the Fit Check in full, truthfully, and on time. This includes providing complete answers to all questions regarding the vehicle model and submitting the required photos in accordance with the instructions provided during the ordering process. An incomplete, incorrect, or late Fit Check will void the Fit Guarantee.
Procedure for fitting issues
Complaints regarding fit must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email) to info@DriveDressy.com immediately, and no later than 14 days after receipt of the merchandise, specifying the exact problem and including photographic evidence.
Upon receipt of a valid complaint regarding fit, we are entitled to make up to two free alterations. DriveDressy GmbH will cover the shipping costs for returns and redelivery in connection with each repair. Only if a fit issue persists after two repair attempts and is attributable to an error on our part is the customer entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Relationship to Statutory Warranty Law
This fit guarantee applies in addition to the statutory warranty for defects and does not limit it.

For information on the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with the ordering process, please see our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission discontinued the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform as of July 20, 2025. Online dispute resolution via this platform is therefore no longer available. A list of national consumer dispute resolution bodies is available at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly: info@drivedressy.com.
11. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. With respect to consumers, this choice of law shall apply only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
