Fit Guarantee for Seat Covers

You must always perform a fit check when you order seat covers from us. The fit check is essential so that we can guarantee you the perfect fit.

IF YOU DON'T COMPLETE THE FIT CHECK, YOU'LL LOSE YOUR FIT GUARANTEE AND PRODUCTION CAN'T BEGIN.

As soon as possible. The lead time for our seat covers is approximately 8 weeks from the fit check. This means that the longer it takes you to complete the fit check, the later your order will be added to the production list, and the longer you may have to wait.

Please complete the fit check within 5 days of placing your order, if possible. Thank you.

After the fit check, our production team will review your measurements and photos and provide your order with details on the exact patterns needed for your custom seat covers.

The fit check usually takes just a few minutes. Plan on spending about 5–15 minutes on this, depending on how many seats you’ve ordered covers for and how many questions you’ll need to answer.

Well, it's a good idea to have your vehicle nearby when you're doing the fit check, so that if you have any questions about your seat, you can double-check right away to make sure you've selected the correct answer.

For some vehicles, you'll need to take photos of the seats—so you'll need to have the vehicle nearby or ask someone to send you the photos.

If your vehicle isn't nearby or you haven't received it yet, please feel free to contact us and we'll work with you to figure out what to do.

No, normally you don't need to measure anything for the fit check. We may provide you with several images to choose from (e.g., of headrests) and list their dimensions—in which case, if your specific model isn't immediately obvious, you may need to take a quick measurement to select the correct image of your seat.
