A. Right of Withdrawal – Standard Products

This section applies to all products except seat covers (see Section B). These include, in particular: magnetic bags, thermal mats, mosquito nets, pillowcases, mattresses & mattress toppers, mattress covers, and laundry bags.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DriveDressy GmbH, Karl-Schmid-Straße 11, 81829 Munich, Germany, info@drivedressy.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this document for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. Starting June 19, 2026, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal via the withdrawal button/link provided on our website.

 

To meet the deadline for exercising your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send notification of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

 

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. The goods must be packed in their original packaging and secured for transport. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the deadline expires.

 

Notwithstanding the statutory provisions, if our products are found to be defective, we will cover the direct costs of return shipping if the return is within Germany. In the case of a standard return without defects, you are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.

 

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

B. No Right of Withdrawal – Chair Covers (Custom-Made)

Seat covers are custom-made based on the specifications of your vehicle. Pursuant to Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture requires an individual selection or specification by the consumer.

 

The right of withdrawal expires once production begins. Production begins after you have fully completed and submitted the fit check. By submitting the fit check, you expressly agree that production will begin and that your right of withdrawal expires at that time.

 

Instead, for seat covers, the fit guarantee described in the Terms and Conditions (Section 8) applies, which includes a money-back guarantee in the event of proven fit issues after two attempts at rectification.
