1. General Information
Participation in the DriveDressy contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) organized by DriveDressy GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “DriveDressy”) is only permitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. DriveDressy is responsible for conducting the sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platforms, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by these platforms. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, but rather DriveDressy and, if applicable, the sweepstakes partner. The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube are in no way responsible for the giveaway. The participant releases Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube from all claims. If data is collected by Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, DriveDressy is not responsible for this. The participant is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the privacy policies of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed not to Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, but to info@drivedressy.com. The contest begins on October 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The contest ends on October 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
2. Eligibility Requirements
All natural persons of legal age (18 years or older) are eligible to participate. Employees of DriveDressy, their relatives, and employees of service providers working with DriveDressy are excluded from participation. By participating, entrants agree that, if they win, their username on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, as well as usernames on other social media platforms, will be published on DriveDressy’s social media channels. Legal recourse regarding the selection of winners is excluded (see Section 8).
3. Prize and Contest Procedure
A total of 3 sets of 2 one-day tickets to the Suisse Caravan Salon 2026 in Bern are up for grabs. To enter the contest, participants must leave a comment under the contest post published by DriveDressy on October 15, 2026, on Facebook and Instagram. To enter, participants must follow the DriveDressy account on the respective platform, like the video mentioned above on Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, and comment below the video stating which other person they would like to bring to the fair. Only the first comment from each participant will be considered. Sharing the post in a Story grants the participant an extra entry. DriveDressy will select the winner, and the decision is final—no legal recourse is permitted. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The winners will be announced in the comments section of the contest post on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube on October 19, 2026, and must contact DriveDressy via email or private message. The winner must contact DriveDressy via email at info@drivedressy.com to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 48 hours, all claims to the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be raffled off to someone else.
4. Liability
Claims for damages against DriveDressy arising in connection with the contest are excluded—to the extent permitted by law—regardless of the legal basis, unless DriveDressy has violated legal obligations intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), remains unaffected by the foregoing limitation of liability. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the contest website due to technical malfunctions beyond its control, events of force majeure, or attacks by third parties against the contest website. However, DriveDressy will make every effort to ensure the reliability and functionality of the contest website. Furthermore, DriveDressy makes no guarantee that the contest website will function properly on the respective participant’s computer.
5. Data Protection
DriveDressy adheres to the highest possible data protection standards in connection with the contest and complies with all relevant legal provisions in this regard. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the participants’ consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. DriveDressy will not disclose any personal data to third parties other than the contest partners, nor will it sell address data. When participating via Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, please note that data may also be processed by the respective platform operators (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited or Google Ireland Limited), in some cases also in third countries such as the United States. DriveDressy stores the personal data of the respective participants solely for the purpose of the sweepstakes. This includes selecting the winners and notifying them, as well as publishing the results after the winners are determined and shipping the prizes. The data will be deleted once the sweepstakes has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention requirements prevent this.
The participant hereby expressly consents to the storage and use of the provided personal data for the purpose stated above. The participant is entitled to the data subject rights set forth in Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR. These include, specifically, the rights of access, erasure, rectification, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw consent with future effect. Furthermore, there is a right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). DriveDressy would like to point out that the erasure of personal data, as well as an objection to processing or a restriction thereof, will naturally preclude further participation in the contest.
6. Severability Clause
Should any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or should there be a gap in the provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the agreement and the statutory provisions.
7. Jurisdiction/Governing Law
In the event of disputes, German law shall apply exclusively. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of DriveDressy. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, or if the participant moves their place of residence abroad after participating, the registered office of DriveDressy shall likewise be agreed upon as the place of jurisdiction.
8. Selection Process
DriveDressy will determine the winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of participation described in Section 3. Legal recourse is, of course, excluded in this case as well.
