1. general
Participation in the DriveDressy competition (hereinafter referred to as "competition") organized by DriveDressy GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "DriveDressy") is only possible under these terms and conditions. DriveDressy is responsible for running the competition. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but DriveDressy and, if applicable, the contest partner. The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the contest. Instagram is in no way responsible for the contest. The participant indemnifies Instagram from all claims. DriveDressy is not responsible for any data collected by Instagram. The participant is responsible for informing themselves about Instagram's privacy policy. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed to info@drivedressy.com, not Instagram. The contest begins on December 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The contest ends on February 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
2. participation requirements
All natural and legally competent persons with a minimum age of 18 years can participate. Employees of the organizer, their relatives and employees of service providers are excluded from participation. By participating, the participant agrees that his/her username will be published on Instagram in the event of winning. Legal recourse is excluded.
3. prize and procedure of the competition
There are three DriveDressy vouchers worth €30 up for grabs. To enter the competition, simply comment on the post dated December 6, 2025, on the DriveDressy Instagram fan page. Participants must name at least one person they would like to make happy with the voucher, subscribe to the DriveDressyInstagramaccount, and like the contest post dated December 6, 2025. Only the first comment made by each participant will be considered. A link in the story will grant the participant an extra entry. DriveDressy will decide on the winner, and the decision is final. The prize cannot be changed or exchanged for cash. The winner will be announced in the comments of the post on December 11, 2025, and asked to contact DriveDressy. The winner will contact DriveDressy via Instagram direct message to receive the prize. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 48 hours, all claims to the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be raffled off to someone else.
4. liability
Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the competition are excluded - to the extent permitted by law - regardless of the legal grounds, unless the organizer has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website in the event of technical disruptions and force majeure events beyond its control, as well as attacks by third parties against the competition website. However, the organizer will make every effort to ensure the reliability and functionality of the competition website. Furthermore, the organizer does not guarantee that the competition website will function properly on the respective participant's computer.
5. data protection
The organizer guarantees the highest possible standard of data protection in the context of the competition and observes all relevant legal provisions in this regard. The organizer will not pass on any personal data to third parties other than the competition partners or sell address data. The organizer stores the personal data of the respective participants exclusively for the purpose of the competition. This includes the selection of the winner and their notification, as well as the publication after winning and the dispatch of the prize.
The participant hereby expressly declares his/her consent to the storage and use of the personal data provided for the above-mentioned purpose. The participant is entitled to the rights of data subjects pursuant to Art. 15 et seq. GDPR are open. These are in particular the rights to information, deletion, correction, objection and restriction of processing. The organizer would like to point out that the deletion of personal data, as well as the objection to the processing and the restriction of the same naturally exclude further participation in the competition.
6. severability clause
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.
7. place of jurisdiction/applicable law
In the event of disputes, German law shall apply exclusively. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organizer. If the participant has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or moves his/her place of residence abroad after participation, the organizer's registered office is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
8. selection procedure
The winner will be determined by DriveDressy in accordance with the conditions in the announcement. Legal recourse is of course also excluded here.
