1) General information
Participation in the DriveDressy Black Friday competition (hereinafter referred to as "competition") of DriveDressy GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "DriveDressy") is only possible subject to these conditions of participation. DriveDressy is responsible for the implementation of the competition.
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram, Facebook or other social networks and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them. The recipient of the information provided is solely DriveDressy.
The competition takes place via the official DriveDressy online store (Shopify Store).
The competition runs as part of the Black Friday Special 2025 in the period from 06.11.2025 up to and including 16.11.2025.
2) Participation requirements
All natural persons of legal age and legal capacity who are resident in a country to which DriveDressy delivers at the time of the competition and who have successfully completed and paid for an order in the DriveDressy online store during the specified period are eligible to participate.
By placing an order during the promotion period, the customer automatically takes part in the competition and agrees to the conditions of participation and to DriveDressy contacting them if necessary.
Each paid order during the promotion period counts as one entry ticket. Multiple orders therefore increase the chances of winning.
Excluded from participation are employees of DriveDressy GmbH, their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition.
Canceled or completely returned orders are not eligible to win. If an order is subsequently canceled or returned in full, the entitlement to a prize will lapse.
3) Prize and procedure of the competition
DriveDressy is giving away 3 golden tickets among all successfully completed and paid orders during the campaign period.
The winners of the golden tickets will be refunded the full amount of their order by DriveDressy afterwards.
The winners will be determined in three individual draws during and after the end of the competition period at random from all eligible orders.
Refunds will only be made for items that were part of the order at the time of notification of winning. Subsequent changes, additions or cancelations will not be taken into account.
Profit orders that contain seat covers must first pass the fit check successfully for the order to be eligible to win.
Cash payment, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded.
4) Notification of winnings and payout
The winners will be notified by post or e-mail within 14 days of the end of the competition period at the latest. DriveDressy reserves the right to determine the method of contact itself.
For the refund, it may be necessary for the winners to provide a valid means of payment after contacting us so that the refund can be made. If a refund via the original means of payment is not possible, the refund will alternatively be made by bank transfer.
Note for participants outside the euro zone: Refunds will be made in euros; any currency conversion fees or bank charges will be borne by the winner.
DriveDressy reserves the right to organize a personal handover of the prizes; by participating, the participant agrees to be contacted accordingly. Publication of photos or videos as part of the prize presentation will only take place with the express consent of the winner.
5) Liability
Claims for damages against DriveDressy in connection with the competition are excluded to the extent permitted by law, unless DriveDressy has intentionally or grossly negligently breached its legal obligations.
DriveDressy accepts no liability for technical faults, website outages or other circumstances which could affect participation or notification of winnings and which are beyond DriveDressy's control.
6) Data protection
DriveDressy processes participants' personal data solely for the purpose of running the competition, notifying the winners and processing the prize.
The data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of any technical service providers involved who are commissioned to carry out the competition.
By participating, the participant agrees to the processing of his/her data for the purposes stated.
Data processing outside the EU: Even if participants from countries outside the European Union take part (e.g. Switzerland), personal data will be processed in Germany inaccordance withthe GDPR.
After completion of the competition, the personal data stored in the context of participation will be deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

Participants have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection in accordance with Art. 15 et seq. GDPR.
7) Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An invalid or missing provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose.
8) Place of jurisdiction / Applicable law
German law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is - as far as legally permissible - the registered office of DriveDressy GmbH.
