Payment & Shipping

General information on shipping:

• The production and shipping of DriveDressy car seat covers only begins after the covers have been paid for and the so-called seat shape check has been carried out. Further information can be found here in our FAQs or under the heading "After ordering: Carry out seat shape check". We normally send our parcels within the EU with the shipping service provider DPD. Outside the EU we usually ship with DHL. These are XXL parcels.

Special instructions for shipping abroad:

• For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred which are not included in the total price shown. These are to be borne by the customer.

Countries and shipping prices:

Attention: Prices may vary. DriveDressy does not refund German VAT payments and is not liable for any customs duties etc. that may arise. Extra costs may be incurred for special addresses (e.g. on islands), which must be borne by the customer.

Instant bank transfer (Klarna):

• Payment system certified by TÜV Saarland with certified data protection: No registration necessary; goods/content can be sent/released IMMEDIATELY if available; please have your online banking data (PIN/TAN) ready.

Prepayment:

• The customer will receive a separate invoice by e-mail 1-4 working days after ordering. The amount must be transferred to the DriveDressy GmbH business account within 7 working days.
